No. Many of our regular customers give us a key or a code for a key safe. Keys are coded, stored securely and only ever held by your cleaner and our office.

Yes. We bring all equipment and eco-friendly products as standard. If you have particular products you'd like us to use, such as for natural stone or wooden floors, just leave them out.

Regular cleans are charged by the hour, and most homes need two to three hours per visit. We'll visit or chat by phone to understand your home and give you a clear price before you book.

Our end of tenancy cleans follow a detailed checklist used by local letting agents. If your landlord or agent raises a cleaning issue within 48 hours, we'll return to fix it at no extra cost.

We'll let you know in advance and offer a trusted replacement from the same team, or rearrange your clean for another day if you'd prefer.
