We deliberately limit how many new websites we take on each month so we can keep improving and supporting the sites we already manage. If our clients don’t like their website, they can cancel anytime — and we lost a customer. So we stay invested in keeping every client website performing well.

If you are an established business, there are no upfront costs, but if you're brand new, we'll ask for a downpayment of three monthly payments in advance. You can cancel anytime, and there is no cancellation fee.

GOT A QUESTION ABOUT PRICES?

Prices vary a lot. From hundreds to thousands. With some companies you pay more as they have offices, staff, overheads etc. These are usually at the more extensive end. Solo designers will likely charge you less. From as little as a few hundred pounds. AdBeYo website runs a model where you don't pay for your site. You just pay a monthly cost to keep it running. These running costs also cover maintenance and site fixes if required. They can also cover regular content updates to your site, keeping your site looking fresh and with the latest information about your business. Our standard website package costs £35 per month and this allows you to make updates and additions to your site. We believe that's the best deal in Glasgow.

No. We build your site at no cost. Once you are happy with it, it goes live - only then do you pay for the site on a monthly basis. However, sometimes, usually, for companies that have not been trading for at least three months, or business models which we are not overly confident will survive, we ask for 3 months payment up front. Previously we have built sites for customers, whose business folded after a month. This meant we created a bespoke, fully functioning website and only received one months payment (£25) for it.

There is no fixed contract duration you need to stay with us for, except, as mentioned above - if you are a new (experimental)business. In this case we'd ask for three months payment before building your site. You would then have the first three months and we'd start billing you as per normal on the fourth month. There are no cancellation fees and the contract just specifies general working conditions between AdBeYo and the customer for our mutual legal protection. You don't need to sign the contract if you'd rather not.

Hosting and maintenance of a 3 page (bespoke website) is included in the SIMPLE package. This website will have a SSL security certificate and you can have company email accounts if required. The price does not cover the Domain name, which you can buy separately (or we can buy on your behalf). This is usually about £10 per year. The STANDARD plan (£35 per month) offers a website up to 20 pages and also includes updates, edits and additions to your website. You also will have a UK based designer available to make any updates as required. The PREMIUM plan offers up to 40 pages and costs £55. Bespoke add-ons such as booking systems and shopping check-outs can be added as per the customer request, but the cost of these will depend on the cost of the add-on itself.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Once you do this, we will take your website down. You own the domain name so you can add another website to that domain name address. If you don't, and somebody types in the website address, they will just get a message saying something along the lines of 'this site no longer exists'. The website we built for you will be taken offline, and we will file it away on our internal PCs.

You pay for your domain name — around £15 per year. That’s it.

If you want something outwith the features advertised (for example, an add-on), the cost depends on the add-on. Otherwise, there are no additional charges.

No. You need to buy that seperately, or we can buy it on your behalf.

Domain names are not expensive. Generally, if we were to buy one for you - we'd buy it from our hosting company - ChemiCloud. They usually charge an annual fee of around £13 for the domain name. We would past this cost on to you.

Yes, you can.

You can start on the cheapest package and as your site grows, upgrade to the standard or more premium packages. Just let us know and update your payment.

Monthly direct debit is our favoured option.

For clients outside the UK, we can discuss alternative payment terms if that is more suitable.

As far as we know, we’re one of the most affordable agencies available. We work from home, are a very small team (often just one person), and also work part-time in other roles. This means we are not wholly dependent on website income.

With AI and modern website builders, competition is high. We keep our costs as low as possible and take on a limited number of clients.Larger agencies often have multiple staff, office space, and higher overheads. Those costs ultimately get passed on to their clients.

Prices are fixed for the first year.

After that, we reserve the right to increase them. However, we cannot raise them excessively, as customers are on a monthly contract and can leave whenever they choose.
