Let's be honest, we're cheap. We deliver a website at a far lesser cost than most website design agencies. Where we're not 'cheap' however, is the quality of our work. We ensure all our websites look excellent and perform highly within Google search engines (we check the SEO score of any websites we deliver). We are cheap, purely, on cost to the customer. We can manage that as we have no offices or overheads (we work from home), no admin staff (designers do the admin and the website building) and minimal marketing (we rely mostly on word of mouth). We create a limited number of websites per month, and make sure all our client websites are performing well. If not, we know the client can cancel anytime, leaving us with a website nobody is paying for; and that's no use to us.
